A Bit About Me

I’m a design and creative program leader with a decade shaping how brands, creators, and product teams connect with people—and with each other.

 

My career started in PR and editorial storytelling, where I learned how emotion and clarity build trust. Over time, that same instinct for narrative evolved into a systems mindset: helping global design and marketing teams find alignment, scale creativity, and build experiences that move both hearts and business metrics.​​

I’ve led creative and design programs across Meta and Amazon, built brand ecosystems from the ground up, and worked alongside creators and engineers alike to turn cultural insight into impact. What ties it all together is how I think about connection—between people, ideas, and possibilities.

 

I build frameworks that give creativity direction, and direction meaning.

Today, I focus on helping design and brand organizations grow with purpose: scaling culture, clarity, and creativity in equal measure.

Partnered with lifestyle, fashion, and emerging tech clients to strengthen brand identity through media strategy and launch campaigns. Managed press outreach, messaging, and event storytelling that positioned products and founders as thought leaders in competitive markets.

Ruby Press Public Relations - Senior Publicist

Worked across boutique fashion and lifestyle brands to build stories that resonated. Designed media strategies and launch moments that blended authenticity and aspiration—learning how emotion and clarity drive brand loyalty long before digital creators were the norm. Helped usher clients from traditional editorial coverage in outlets like Vogue and The New York Times into the digital era, guiding them through the early evolution of online storytelling and brand presence.

Mode Media (formerly Glam Media)
Joined during the company’s evolution from publisher to platform—helping shape the early playbook for digital content at scale. Managed editorial and branded storytelling across five lifestyle verticals, reaching more than 750 million monthly readers. Partnered with global advertisers and creator communities to produce campaigns that merged authentic voice with performance-driven outcomes. Helped establish frameworks for quality control, content delivery, and creator onboarding—laying the groundwork for scalable brand storytelling and audience growth across platforms.

Jan 2018 – Mar 2018

CLEVER Influencer Marketing Agency
Led creator and brand partnership programs that connected 300+ influencers with leading lifestyle and tech brands. Built operational frameworks for campaign intake, creative alignment, and performance reporting—bringing clarity and consistency to a rapidly expanding industry. Authored industry white papers on measuring influence, brand authenticity, and ROI that became reference points for the evolving creator economy.

Meta - Senior Design Program Manager

Led creative, design, and creator ecosystem programs across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp—spanning ads and business products, business messaging, creator economy initiatives, brand in product, and consumer-facing experiences. Owned design strategy, planning, and creative production across complex, cross-functional portfolios.

 

Enabled monetization and creator business programs by aligning Product, Design, Policy, Marketing, and Partnerships around shared operating models, workflows, and execution systems—supporting ads, professional tools, onboarding, revenue growth, originality, and safety.

 

Strengthened org health with my scalable, portfolio approach to people and culture programs. Built company-wide flexible frameworks clarifying ownership, improving execution clarity, fostering XFN collaboration, and reducing friction across highly matrixed teams at a global scale.

Amazon (Ring) - Senior Design Program Manager
Leads design strategy and operations across Ring, Blink, and Key—building systems that strengthen collaboration, creativity, and delivery at scale. Developed the company’s first design operating model and AI learning framework, aligning design, product, and marketing teams around shared rituals, storytelling, and clarity. Partnered with leadership to drive organizational health, design culture, and team visibility through programs that connect people to purpose and process. Expands on my creator and storytelling foundation by applying human-centered systems thinking to one of the world’s most recognized consumer design brands—bridging vision, structure, and story across every level of the organization.
